Hi jolivierAre you trying to publish a book in Authorit with the WebHelp template? We tested it here and it seemed we could not reproduce the issue. Did you try the Web Help Demo book in the Sample library? Bill

Bill,

Thanks. I think you've found a start: The issue does not occur in the WebHelp demo book indeed.

Because  the demo book is made of topics with the Web Help Topic Template.
Whereas mine are based on the regular Topic Template.

I've just inserted regular topics in the demo book and the unfold issue does occur. I need to check what happens if I change all my topics from the regular Topic Template to the Web Help Topic Template, both for the WebHelp outputs and for the Word ones.

What's the difference between the Topic Template and the Web Help Topic Template on the dev side? How come the extjs 2 issue does not apply on the topics with the Web Help Topic Template?

Bill, you're The Artist and you deserve an Oscar.

The Web property of the media used by the Topic Template must use the specific HTML template of the new WebHelp: ..\Templates\Web Help\topic.htm
By default, the regular Topic Template does not call this topic.htm. You just need to set the Web properties to call the topic.htm

Tested. OK.

Thanks a lot

Jocelyn

Hi Jocelyn,

If you don't want to change the templates for your topics, you can configure your Web Help publishing profile to replace the media object that the regular topic template uses with the media object that the Web Help topic template uses. The topic Substituting Objects in a Publishing Profile has more information and instructions for this.

Cheers,
Ray
